Parker Peterson-Joseph 'Josh' Rooney[1] (born 1 June 2002[2]) was the tritagonist of Liv and Maddie, and one of several main characters of Jessie's Aloha-holidays with Parker and Joey. Parker has many of friends, which love him and care about him. He has no enemies, that brings out his kindness side. Parker is very adventurous and courageous and wants to find out many things. He is very smart and always gets good grades on his tests, making him similar to brother, Joey Rooney. Parker is also a geek, as he is very interested in geeky things. Parker is the little brother of Liv and Maddie Rooney.
