Vincent Liotta is a guest star in JESSIE. He is a stereotypical "bad boy" and the ex-boyfriend of Emma Ross. His first and only appearance is as the main antagonist in the episode, Badfellas.
There is some speculation he is related to Rosie Liotta because of the shared surname.
